APPOINTMENTS

Please notify us as soon as possible is you are running late.  We will attempt to make the necessary adjustments in our schedule.  Please check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment, especially for your first visit since additional paperwork is required.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that unplanned events occur in life.  Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep your appointment.  We will request 50 percent of the fee if you cancel after the 24 hour deadline.  No shows for gift certificates will result as a forfeiture.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours.  Depending how late you arrive, it will be determined if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  You will be responsible for the full session, despite how late you are.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Due to the nature of our business involving peace and relaxation, please no children under 12 years old.
